These general conditions can be modified at any time and without notice. The applicable conditions are then those in force on the ANSENS online store on the date of the customer's order. The customer is invited to come and consult them regularly in order to stay informed of any changes.
ARTICLE 1-PRODUCTS AND PRICES

The products are presented as accurately as possible. ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY
Delivery is handled by courier services.

ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has his right of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery of his order. The customer can exercise his right of withdrawal without knowing how to justify the reasons, nor to pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.
ANSENS may request the shipping slip for proof. In the event of a return, the product must be returned in packaging guaranteeing good transport and product safety. The product must be fit to be re-marketed.
If all the conditions are met, ANSENS will reimburse the customer within 14 days of becoming aware of the return.
ARTICLE 7 - RESPONSIBILITY
The products offered comply with current French legislation. ARTICLE 9 - ARCHIVING
The ANSENS company will archive the purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the French Civil Code.
